  • Who is Simplify & Succeed suited for?
    It is for YOU if you have ever felt: confused at what is 'healthy' frustrated at how to exercise to get results lost, or like the 'old you' has disappeared under all of your responsibilities excited at the prospect of being happier, you're ready to be happier, but you just don't know how to start desperate to have a mindset overhaul lacking in self-confidence, and you want to love yourself again
  • How much 1:1 support do I have with you?
    If you have the Premium package, you and I have an hour-long one-on-one call/zoom every 4 weeks. However, I am available for EVERYONE via text or email when you feel like you need it. I will check in multiple times a week as well. You will also be part of an online community where you will find amazing support. And in our 12x weekly LIVE coaching calls, there will always be Q&A time to get support then.
  • Is this only for weight loss?
    Definitely not. The aim of my course is to teach you everything you need to know, no matter what phase of your health journey you are in, and will go through in the future.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    Yes, I do. I also teach you how to eat in a guilt-free way to suit your specific needs so that you can have flexibility in your life, while still hitting your goals.
  • How often does my food plan change?
    This is individual and will depend on your preferences, as well as your data and feedback to your current plan. Your nutritional requirements may change over the 12 weeks as you reach goals, or your goals change. We evaluate your nutrition fortnightly and make adjustments as needed.
  • Do I need to count calories?
    No, you don't need to count calories to achieve results. At the start of our 12 weeks I will provide you will a meal plan to suit your goals and preferences if you wish. Or I can help you work out your macros and calories to suit your goals, and give you guidance here. In saying this, the aim of the course is to teach you everything you need to know. This includes being an 'intuitive eater'. This is a skill learned from tracking and counting for a short period of time. When you are ready to trial this for yourself, I work with you closely to simplify the process and teach you how to do it successfully and flexibly.
  • Do I need to go to a gym; they make me anxious?
    No way. Your training programs are personalised to your likes, dislikes, specific goals and equipment available. We can work with anything.
  • How often do my training programs change?
    Every 4 - 6 weeks you will get a brand new training program that is developed based on your goals, likes, dislikes, and data/response to your previous program.
  • How many times a week do I need to work out?
    This is completely up to you. And is also not a requirement either.
  • What is my time commitment needed for the course?
    You will learn for approximately 2 hours per week in the form of bite-sized webinars and your workbook. You have lifetime access to the Simplify & Succeed course - so there's no need to worry if 'life' gets in the way a little during our 12 weeks together.
  • What happens after my 12 weeks with you?
    If you would like to continue working together, I still offer a coaching service at a discounted rate, and you have lifetime access to the course and our private Facebook group.
  • Do you have a guarantee?
    Yep! I have a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you commit to all elements of my service and see no results within 3 weeks, I will happily refund you.
  • How much does it cost?
    This is a serious investment in yourself with a huge amount of individualised support. I promise I will not let you down. You will be paying less than the cost of 2 face-to-face sessions a week. I have different payment options to suit you.
