Are the recipes or training plans personalised? While they're all original by me, they are not personalised. In saying this, you have the option of purchasing personalised meal plans or training programs at 50% OFF as a Wellness Weekly member.​ ​

What's the Emergency Mayday Call? Every 2 months you're able to book in for a 20 minute 1:1 coaching call with me to go through anything that is holding you back, confuses you, or you simply want more specific advice or education on. ​

How much support do I get? I am available daily in our Facebook group to answer your questions. We will also have a live Q&A session each week where you can have specific support. Please see the below question as well for further support explanations.

Do I get any one on one coaching as well? Each month I will draw a FREE 1:1 zoom coaching session amongst members. You also have a FREE emergency mayday coaching call to use with me available every 2 months. You also have the add-on option of daily text/voice coaching via an app called Voxer. ​

Are the recipes family friendly? Yes, absolutely! As a mum of two girls, I know how hard it is to please everyone. ​

What's the purpose of the Facebook group? You can post questions and have them answered by myself and other members in our Facebook group. In here is where I will also run our weekly wellness coaching sessions and live Q&A sessions. Members are encouraged to share wins, ask advice, share resources, and spread the love. ​

What are the refund & cancellation policies? This is a no refund membership. You can cancel at any time via email or DM, but please allow up to 2 business weeks for completion on cancellation.

UNIQUE TO EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE BEFORE

Am I locked in for a period of time? No way, Jose! You can simply let me know if you no longer wish to be a member and I will cancel it straight away.

Is this a weight loss membership? Not exclusively. While you are able to be coached on weight loss strategies and tools in both the live Q&A sessions, weekly live coaching sessions and the Facebook group, it is not solely for weight loss. The recipes will all be calorie controlled, however. In saying this, you are going to be taught the science and mindset behind weight loss, so that you can apply this knowledge to finally see changes. Similarly, if your goal is to grow muscle, you will also be taught this and how to achieve it. ​

Do you recommend low carb? No. And if you join, you can ask why this is so in the Facebook group or the weekly live Q&As and I can explain why. ​

How do I access everything? Everything wil be given to you either via email or through our Facebook group. If you have the Voxer support add-on, this is an app.
